How does NANDOG's exchange policy work?

The first exchange is free and must be made within 30 (thirty) days. If returned within the first 7 (seven) days after the order arrival, the shipping cost is on us. It's super simple: access the Easy Exchange link and make your exchange: Click on "Get Started"; Enter your order number and email used in the purchase, and select "Search and continue"; Choose the items from the order you want to exchange and click on "Return" as the action; Choose from the options the reason why you are making the exchange/return and proceed to the next step. Click on the postage option to send the exchange/return to our distribution center; Confirm and finalize. You will receive the postage/collection code by email with all the instructions on how to use it. As soon as the product returns to our distribution center, you will receive a credit for the value paid for the product to make a new purchase on the site. We do not exchange products for products, only for Gift Cards.


I BOUGHT BASED ON THE SIZE SUGGESTIONS ON THE WEBSITE AND IT WAS TOO SMALL (OR TOO LARGE). CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Of course you can! Just follow our exchange policy. However, it's important to emphasize that before buying, you should confirm your dog/cat's measurements to make sure you have chosen the right size. The size we suggest for each breed is only a suggestion and may vary for each animal.
